Conditioned Air Corporation
was founded in 1984 and is Douglas County’s oldest
licensed HVAC contractor. Through the years, Conditioned Air has emerged as a forerunner
in designing and installing commercial and residential HVAC systems in the area.
Conditioned Air is licensed in Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Wyoming, and Utah.
We have worked on numerous projects including hotels, restaurants, and government
jobs. Conditioned Air is capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. Conditioned
Air has an impressive breadth of experience in commercial and residential multi-zoned
HVAC systems, as well as indoor pool de-humidification systems. Our experience includes
design-build projects as well as engineered projects.
Complimenting our installation experience is our dedication and excellence in servicing all makes and models of
equipment. Our staff of Service Technicians are fully trained and prepared to service
any type of system. Here at Conditioned Air, we are dedicated to providing outstanding
