Conditioned Air Corporation was founded in 1984 and is Douglas County’s oldest licensed HVAC contractor. Through the years, Conditioned Air has emerged as a forerunner in designing and installing commercial and residential HVAC systems in the area.

Conditioned Air is licensed in Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Wyoming, and Utah. We have worked on numerous projects including hotels, restaurants, and government jobs. Conditioned Air is capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Conditioned Air has an impressive breadth of experience in commercial and residential multi-zoned HVAC systems, as well as indoor pool de-humidification systems.
